WebFirst is currently providing support to Rural Development (RD) system by monitoring website traffic, and with our web content support. We are also providing guidance regarding the 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act (IDEA), which requires that all government-produced websites and applications be consistent, modern, and mobile-friendly.

Moreover, WebFirst supports RD through enhancing and maintaining Drupal to ensure the site meets mission area business requirements. Examples include: implementation of elastic site search tool, regulations and guidelines content areas of the website to improve the display and interaction with key content, and integrated the office locator application in order to provide the ability for users to search for local offices.

We also ensure ease of access and 508 compliance with a User Interface that brings together concepts of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. Our goal is to help users find information and complete tasks while providing support with Information architecture, focusing mainly on structuring, organizing, and labeling content in an effective and sustainable way. We are proud to be assisting Rural communities and Farmers by supporting the USDA!
